Living up to the (nick)name...Tritons

thanks man.

and well depends on how cheap the job is...:D

Then maybe you should look into cost of shipping the wheels to MI. If you ship them out and have them already blasted I'm sure we can work something out. I just really want to see those in white and on the car.

Oops

Sorry to bump an old thread gents, but seems i gave you wrong information before.

These Triton wheels have a 60mm offset not 49mm. My apologies.

On the bright side, this means you can easily fit a 20mm spacer(adapter) or maybe even 22mm for a flush look

Looking for opinions...

As it turns out, I found another set of 19's and these will no longer be my winter wheels.

They had very minor bends, but i just had them ALL straightened for my peace of mind. I then started to refinish them and sort of just lost interest/motivation lol I finished one and that was it. I planned to have them all professionally clear coated to hopefully enhance the durability of the paint job. A friend of mine who repairs wheels for a living would be doing the job for me, so relatively cheap.

I have almost $400 in them at this point.

I have an offer from one of those ebay companies that sell re manufactured OEM wheels for $400 pending inspection by them, AS THEY SIT CURRENTLY.

Considering these seem to be pretty rare and one of these wheels are selling for almost $400 each on ebay...

I was hoping to pull in at least $500 for my set on ebay once i finished them.

I'm wondering what you guys think i should do, or recommend I do. Take the $400 now or finish the job and try my luck on ebay?

Any input would be apreciated...

The one i finished, has a nice glossy silver finish with a hint of gunmetal:

Hmm ill have to look for that list you sent me of the top 5 wheels you wanted or something haha

Sweet pics of your LS mlara and the rims are not too shabby either.

officially for sale

Hey guys,
Finally gave up on refinishing these wheels. I Plasti dipped them and called it a day.

All were professionally straightened and they haven't even been mounted yet. No Cracks or bends. So you don't have to worry about any wobbles or steering wheel vibrations from buying used wheels.

Matte black finish. As is typical of dip, there is texture but its really only noticeable up close.

These would be great for the winter, and summer as well after a good refinish. The wheels will need to be refinished if you remove the plasti dip, the paint is not in good shape.

I have close to $450 in these, including the cost of the wheels, repairs, and materials. But I just need them gone now...

Asking $350 OBO plus shipping.

Only 3 centers included, maybe 4, if I find it. They're dipped as well because the jaguar is discolored and doesnt look too great.

If I don't get any offers they'll go up on ebay. Thanks for looking!
