Lincoln Ls Body Kit Pics?

Don't want to get in the mddle of all that!!!!!......, but still would rather get the gen one kit. I've heard the gen two bumper leaves a gap under the headlights. I may go with side and back razzi if I could find a gen I LSE front bumper. will keep lookin. Even a repairable damaged used one.

i've been wanting to do the gen2 swap as well but i don't know how big that gap is. i remember it was like 2 quarters (coin) gap. i really do not like the razzi full kit at all but the side-skirts i might want to use those. i also like WW including spoiler. one can dream....not going to happen though

yea not too long ago i saw like 3 gen1 lse bumpers for sale on ebay, brand new.
 
i had 8 of them but they are all gone just used the last one on my car...
 
The only real issue with converting a gen 1 to a gen 2 lse bumper is there are no provisions for the marker lights in the gen 2 front bumper, easily solver with a few zip ties.
 
I did the swap to a gen 2 on my 01 and had quite a large gap on the driver side. It really doesn't bother me since I want to swap the headlights to the gen 2 style as well, when money permits. I can't find the pic of it either.
 
i have a BRAND NEW NEVER MOUNTED CDC LSE gen 1 front bumper and side skirts if you are still looking for them, i need to get rid of them!
 
The CDC's are the sex... I got the last full kit they ever sold. It's been sitting in my garage for two years now. If my LS would ever quit breaking I will get the car painted and have it installed.

The problems with 2nd gen LSE kit onto a first Gen are that some mounting points are different, but can be worked out with a little effort and time. There will be a gap under the headlights which means you will also need 2nd gen headlights. And the rear valance on the trunk is not as deep on the 1st gen. So you would need a new trunk lid if you put a 2nd gen bumper on. Or you could just do the cut outs like pektel and just add the rear valance onto your gen 1. Exhaust tips can be added on easily.
