From what I have read the guy is a Vietnam vet, crazy and has been in trouble with the law many times before. Has anyone seen the clip of him being tazed at the ballpark? Poor Tyrone messed with the wrong man.

Its been confirmed by Fox News in Oakland,CA that this is the same guy that was zapped buy the cops at the Oakland A's Game, as stated above he has a long list of trouble with the cops.
