moving right next door how cool is that, just walk the crap over and toss it inside lol! thats cool dude congrats. i got a nice suprise too from my landlord. she lives in sarasota and owns the house i rent, and she owns her house in sarasota, no banks involved. she has been super awesome to use for 2 years, and she asked us if we would be interested in buying it from her this coming summer. she said once she gets some stuff taken care of, she will have an appraiser come out, look at the house, and she said she'll make us a sweet deal that will work for both of us, basically we are gonna keep paying her, but it will be our house to do what we want with, and she will be our mortgage. i'm all over it, she knows we have horrible credit and she has bent over backwards for us, she is putting in a whole brand new central ac/heat this spring out of her pocket and wants nothing in return. its only a 3 bed house but as soon as we do the deal i'm blowing out the back of the house and making a new bedroom for me and my wife and i will move my son into our current room, we are so excited this will be our first, and hopefully only house. so i know how you feel, i'm just not as far along as you i have to wait a little bit still!! i'll have to come down one weekend and we can all get together, rich and sherri, elliot, me and my wife, we'll have a cook out and i'll cook up my ribs.
