Jamie? cut out a blend door

I'm parting out the 97 that Ford just put a blend door in. Is it worth it to cut that sucker out. I was wondering if you had a 1-2-3 on how to remove it by cutting what ever is needed to remove fast. I know you did this a million times. Thanks

Cut it out? Just unbolt the dash it's only a dozen bolts! It would take longer to cut

I just wanted to know the fastest way to get it out. If I can sawzall for couple mins and get out that would be cool. Thats all I wanted to know.

So I guess the huge ford bills to do this are all labor. I thought the blend was like 100 bucks or something.

its called a directional blast 2 quartersticks one under dash jut to right of blend door and one by the controls should do it. i have all the nessecary knowledge and equipment
and yes alllllll labor

I have a Gen1 these don't seem to break as much on Gen1"s?? Plus I don't think I will ever own a Gen2.
