J-modding a 97

I'm looking to j mod my 97 trans while its out. Does anyone have instructions on how to do this? Parts ill need and stuff. Also What is the main reason for doin this? firmer shifts? Any info would much appreciated.

ASMBLYLINE, I do not understand. You are not a Newb with 1 post so why are you asking how to do the JMOD and what you need. I just went into the tech articles and it is right there. Explore the board and use the serarch function before you post that way people will not ignore your questions.
