I have a 96 Cobra intake. I just want to install it because it looks so much better than the stock intake. Would I need to have a tune if it was installed? There would no other mods done. The car gets driven easy on weekends only. I won't be racing it. All show no go!

Rich, I'm not positive but I think the answer is yes. That is if you want it to run properly. Completely different intakes and I'm almost certain it would need to be tuned for it. It might run ok without but I doubt it. Don't listen to me though because I don't really get into these sorta mods. Someone with one will chime in, I'm sure.

Thanks Terry. I have someone that will install it but if there's too many things to be altered, I may forget about it. Again, it's only for the "wow" factor when I open the hood.
