Install Aftermarket Cooling Fan, Will A/C Work?

So, my factory cooling fan is dead, and I'm not having luck finding a cheap replacement. I was think of buying an aftermarket fan and a relay kit from Jegs to fix the problem for good. But, I was wondering if the A/C will work afterwards, or what do I have to do so it will work?
