i sold my step side this morning, so here is what i am looking at so far. i have written emails to all adds and waiting for responses.

i'm really interested in this one if its grey, it looks like it is, its a color i have never had so i'd like something different. plus i'd rather fix one like this, feels better after i am finished, and its cheap so i can do some mods and wheels!!

well i already did and thats really what i want the most but i'm not loaded lol, i asked the guy what his rock bottom would be, i could buy it now for his asking price but that would leave me broke! thats wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy beyond my price range!
 
Damn, normally cash talks pretty loud. Id still go with the Black on Black 2nd gen......id almost trade my 95 and my 68 Mustang for one.......almost!!
 
You always talk about another black Gen 2 jamie. I say find one and go for it. I think if you were to get something else you would constantly be comparing it to your old black\black gen 2. just my $.02
 
i truely want another black gen 2 but i dont have much to spend. i'm going back and fourth with the silver lowered 93 owner above right now, he's already negotiable and 5 miles from me. im gonna look at it saturday morning i think i can get it cheap. the black 97 is a dealer and dealers dont budge they are dicks.
 
Jesus... if you just stayed with one car you could buy a blk on black gen 2 with all the money you are spending on title transfer fees....
 
IMO, i'd go with that Tungsten(?) gen 2 with the missing head lights. The biggest question is though, what color is the interior?
 
i would never own a base gen 2, i cant stand them, nothing against people who do, i just couldnt own one. the silver frost 93 i showed above, he has a complete 93 parts mark VIII with it, he said he'll make me a sweet deal on both. i'm going to look at it tomorrow morning, we'll go from there. your right KK i could have bought a gen 2 with the asll the money i give the DMV!!

Good luck with it man. As long as its a Mark, we support your decision. Screw Dmv and their money schemes.:D
 
well the owner of the front damaged one got back to me, that car he says is a blueish green color with tan interior, he said 600 bucks rock bottom, deployed air bags windshield is gone too. i dont know about that one, i love the price cuz it leaves me money to really play around with it, but i dont like that the air bags went off.
 
With the deals you have gotten I can't believe you would ever contemplate paying that much for an ugly crashed gen1... especially with ugly ass interior...
 
i'm not, that last email was my ending point on pursuing that car, he wrote to me and says the title is clear but he doesnt know what the car hit to get that damage ????????????? wtf do you mean you dont know, how about some info jackass, some people shouldnt sell cars. either lay all the info out or piss people off when they get there and find out the car is total junk and everything is destroyed. the dealer with the black gen 2 wrote back and said i can have the car for $2,600 out the door if i already have a tag. i told him thats not good enough, he said the neon doesnt work, the cup holder is junk, and he swears the hids work, he said they are original, there is no way i can see the low beam hole in one of the pics those are the new halogen housings, i think he is just turning the lights on and seeing that the lights work, he has no idea they are supposed to be hid's. i'm wasting my time with this guy dealers suck they think all car buyers are stupid.

We finally got in for the winter. You're not gonna believe this CRAP. First 5mins. I'm jumping my Mark to back it out of the garage to unload our pickup and I GOT IN IT WRONG AND SPRAINED MY LEFT KNEE AND LEG "BAD". Been doctoring it since then,,I'm about 95%,,still limping A LITTLE. Tonight is SECOND TIME I'VE BEEN ONLINE. I just read how upset you've been. Hang in there Jamie,,I've BEEN THERE,,,DONE THAT MYSELF,,IN MY LIFE. I'm hoping you'll still find time to do my HEADLIGHTS,,,"and I won't BULL:q:q:q:q YOU AND NOT SHOW UP,,OR PAY YOU. I also developed a acceleration "miss" LAST NIGHT. (whole story in another post,,before I read your post) I'll be calling you,,probably Sat. 26th. THANKS HANG IN THERE
