I'm not posting dyno numbers

Why don't want to post n/a dyno numbers ? Let's all learn something.

For one, Kooks sound like crap. You need another muffler there.
 
holy crap. sounds kinda lik my cobra that happens to have kooks long tubes.



i love it. im sold on the kooks for this car.
 
I'm in agreement with above - you should post N/A dyno numbers.

That car sounds like crap? No way! not in my oppinion. Sounds good to me! Let's see what kind of power she made!!!
 
Ok, Ok.

On that Mustang dyno, it pulled about 250 at the wheels, uncorrected. From what the Dyno guy said, the Mustang dynos read about 40-50 less HP than actual wheel HP.

So, Naturally aspirated we're looking at around 300-310RWHP. Mind you, this is with 8.5:1 CR, and a 298 stroker, ported heads and forced induction cams. I didn't expect such good numbers to begin with because of that.

I need to have him email me a Dyno sheet as a PDF, since I'm a Mac snob, and surely, I won't be able to run any dyno software to load up the sheet in it's raw form.

I swear to god, if you don't give me some heads up for enough time to plan a trip up there to help with stage 2 of this project.......

Remote mounted twins ? or just past headers ?
 
I am keeping both options open.
I am leaning towards remote, but if that don't work out, I'll try the headers location.
If that dont work out either, Mike and I will be competing for the baddest blown mark. and I will win. :p Sorry mike.

Sounds pretty mean to me...

And what are those rims! I soooo want a black on black mark... I want pics of the rims please!

I think a properly done remote setup might be the ticket. Props to you for taking this "unpaved" route.

Good numbers for a forced induction motor with no forced induction... you should have got higher compression pistons though in my opinion...

Sure they do ... nowadays. It's what's in these days.

But with his plans for 25+psi (I hope so) lower CR might be safer.
