i need upper control arm and bushing anyone know where i can get on cheap

Sure its the bushings and not the ball joint? Anyway the UCA comes with bushings and balljoints. Just get a TRW from any parts store, or Moog. I am still undecided as to if I would reccomend the ones I just got from SCP. I need to drive on them more before I would support them.

autozone has them for around $75 a side. they are Duralast brand which is there house brand not sure on how good they are i have not replaced mine yet

You want to go with TRW/Moog (they are the same). Here is a couple of pics of Ford unit, note the TRW Forged markings.

BUT he said cheap, come on roadboss, you know i would never reccomend the cheap parts, but he said cheap lol. i wouldnt even use them for a paper weight!

TRW... don't go cheap on bushings or joints, or else you will be doing them twice
cheap now, expensive later means....when your cheap a$$ duralast ball joint snaps, them your wheel goes into the fender, most LCAs snap whole the car is near stopped or in slow turns, UCA snap at higher speeds.. When the LCA snaps the wheel goes down, whenthe UCA snaps the wheel goes up...your choice

the ONLY bushings I would recommend from Autozone "duralast brand" would be the strut rod bushings, only because no damage will be caused when this bushing fails
and only get them there if NOBODY else has them in stock and you need them right now, that's what I had to do
otherwise I go with TRW or Moog

lifetime warranty is your friend, save recepits...and if it's a work car..alot of those parts can be tax write offs..I even write my gas off

...popping sounds to me more like ball joint..which is included when you buy the arm..whatever
