so instead of taking out the d/s, unbolted it from the diffy and rotated 180. took away the vibration for the most part but i think the rest is coming from the front end.

IF that had any impact on the issue it means your shaft is crap.
that means the insides are slipping and is only a temporary solution.

I'd be looking for a 93 DS ASAP.

hopefully THIS wont be one of those "I shoulda listened EARLIER" moments as well.

I have a 93 DS that has been cut in half and all I see inside is a cardboard lining lol. If anyone would like to see the inside of one, I can post a pic and show you just how thick the aluminum really is and the cardboard lining. I imagined it to be thicker than what it was.
