I beat the fuc!!!! out of my lincoln*pics

My intent is to have my installer trim it to fit the body line in question.
There is no way to look at your roof as it comes down to the back window, you will see were the line fades out.when it does the seam of the vinyl is seen.

from what I took from J (ALTHOUGH IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO SEE FOR MY SELF) is that "that" roof line disappears when the wrap goes on...
No the seam of the vinyl is visable were the roof line fades

He probably effed it up and raged. Ruining the vinyl. Lol

That roof seam isn't too bad.[/QUOTe

Ur not the only one who can do this sorry to burst your bubble..however the info you gave me came in handy and it was super easy...but no I didn't mess up trust me..if I did I wouldn't have posted a thread about my dislike of it on lpg and the seem invade others wanted an opinion before they did it..while it isn't to bad to u it was to me...

I would imagine the rear line might be difficult area to pull off... But you have to weight the pro's v con's on this type of "mod" and make a personal decision... clearly JVIP didn't care for it...

It wasn't hard to get the to flow...just didn't car for the seam....

"HOUSTON... THATS A GO"

Gods speed to the rest of you... hopefully i dont go down in a big fire ball like JVIP's

It didn't go down in fire, I just didn't like it.

Everyone keeps saying their going to to it, so someone do it already and if they like it so be it different taste....

what type wrap did you go with.... perhaps there's a thinner vinyl that will work?

Lol...im good..just stating that it wasn't the outcome it was the over all look that got it ripped off

As mild as it has been in southern Ohio, I may have it done week after next.

LOL i guess its been crazy warm around here too... but the minute i order it, it'll drop..

I'm wondering, as I think you mentioned in an earlier thread, if it would have looked better in a satin or flat finish like some of the old muscle cars would have had.

I think that line looks good. Bear is it noticeable the edge?

Its really not that noticable. The only thing that is making mine a little noticable is that when I trimmed it the blade scratched the paint. But its nothing you can't fix.
