Down here in Miami, if I can get that car for $900 or below, it would be a steal. I'd ofer him $800.00 see if he bites!

nice lookin mark......i think i like the wing...not 100% sure....but looks good.....as for the other one....put t bird coils in it and drive it!!
Never thought of that before but you guys with air bags. If your car gets stuck like that and the bags cant be inflated how the hell do you get it off the ground to fit a jack under it?

Drive it up on 2x4 or 4x4 wood blocks.
thats correct. hey i talk to that guy thats selling this mark 8 that i posted and OMG hes :q:q:q:qing lost his mind
he tells me that he has the following problems or ""RIGGED""
1. the anti-theft unit broken
2. brand new michelin tires(300.oo)
3. rigged to push the horn in order the start the car because of #1
4. new air condidtioner motor
5.new front air struts(190.00)
6.upper and lower control arms replaced
7 head gaskets and sparkplug gaskets replaced
8.new hieght sensors
9.misc parts (sterring wheels and ect)
10.drivers seat in DIER need of replaceing
so in so many words he wants what he put into the car but he NEEDS to SELLIT quick
so i told him ill call him back tomo. but he says he has a guy thatll trade a pick up for it ......WTF
So thats the update on this mark viii as of 830pm so what do u think NOW?

Huh, didnt think the car could move at all being that low.

my first mark i had i was drivin home on I-95 from NE philly and it was veeeeery bouncy that low. tempermental air ride, why it was so cheap

The car in that pic has an inch or 2 to work with. You can inflate the tires a little more and then, like they said, roll it up on 2"x4"s. It's a pain in the a$$. Thats why mine is getting converted to springs before it goes out.
I wouldn't pay more than $500 for it, but i'm cheap.

yes it is my 4th mark but the first gen 1 it was on cl for $800 then $600
it has its share of problems. like the electrical problem moon roof leaks like its not there, it ran bad when I got it but just did plugs and found the vacuum leek
now has no problem getting off the line, A/C works, needs exhaust work
and tires
only rust is on the quarters in front of the tires every where else is spotless
