Hey guys, I have been working on something to allow me to control the factory air suspension, however, I am hesitant to start wiring because I don't want to blow up my compressor prematurely. I plan on just driving the car at my current sensor lowered height while driving or having it slammed every once in a while when it is parked, just to keep from prematurely wearing the suspension. What I am curious to know is, how often could you slam the car without dramatically lowering the life expectancy of your compressor? And also by slammed, I intend the car to leave some pressure in the bags so that it won't have to completely refill the bags before it begins to raise the car. Would 2-3 times a week be too frequent? Thanks!

About half the time I park my car I slam it. Its prolly bad for my ball joints and bags but it looks cool. :D
Anywho, when the car goes to normal park height and raises itself upon startup it takes the compressor 25-32 seconds depending on outside air temps. When slammed and raised to normal ride height (sensor lowered height) it takes 40-45 seconds. So thats how much more stress the compressor sees. May take a year off its life so that it only lasts 9 years instead of 10.
