AVS? Ack! I thought they were uber cool looking tires so I bought them for my mildly moded 92 300Z hardtop. That car lost all its controll with those tires. Those tires caused me to total the car. A corner I always took at 80 I took at 65 with those tires and the car instantly snapped out from under me and with the correct throttle modulation and counter steering to bring it back it just snapped the other way and slid up a tension wire 6' for a light pole.
Started talking to guys that ran the tires and they all said traction is chit, life is long. Turned me off of Yokohamas for a long time. I just tried the S-Drives bassed on some reviews but they are by far my favorite tire.
OTOH my car is slow.
