Thats mine. Bought it from a guy in NY 5 years ago.

Pretty nice eh?

the 330 hp claim is more unlikely than the 150 mph thing. i've seen 145 and i think chickens car ran like 155 with 3.73s.

I'm thinking both claims are a bit far fetched but not saying it isn't possible for "that" car. I'm just not seeing it under the hood anywhere. Looks to be untouched, if that makes any sense. Just looks like a clean engine and apparently, if it has this so called 330HP and can run 150, must have one hell of a tune on that thing.

I think this guy is a member over at LOD. I've seen that site before, some guy that has his own detailing products like towels, bonnets etc. His username over at LOD is LeoC2.

nope not me, still got the 3.73s in the corner or the garage and ive only gone 125, after that it was too mushy and i didnt wanna loose it

I believe 150 mph. 99-04 Mustang GT for instance, 2V stock. I have been in one and we were at 152, so the Mark should be able to do it, no problem. Not sure about his hp numbers but who knows...who knows.

Clean under there. I was just unaware that one could be tuned to 330 HP and run 150+ mph and still look completely stock under the hood.

well i dont have a huge tune or anything too special but i was clocked at 152 and was climbing when it happened good thing it was 2 am in morning and i have some friends on sheriffs department

I know my 98 LSC can't but that's because my 3rd gear tops out at 124mph because of the 4.30 gears.

A tuned Mark VIII should be able to go 150+ with enough road.

I remember reading a review of the Mark VIII,but I don't remember if it was Motor Trend or some mag. like that. It was basing the speed on the RPM the engine could reach and what speed one could obtain if the governor was removed? I want to say it was something like 192 MPH. Mine typically is 2200 RPM at 75 MPH. Does that mean at 4400 RPM we could get 150 and 6000 RPM we would get North of 190 MPH?

Thats Leo Cerutti's from LOD, He had our MAF hidden and custom made into the stock airbox and third cat delete and I think Our mufflers but I may be wrong on that. Haven't heard from that Guy in about 8 years or better. Does He still have it?

He brings it to carlisle every year.

Maybe his bragging kind of gives that away, huh?

Car doesn't have enough power stock to go that fast but the Bonneville Mark did go 182mph with a few modifications and unlimited road...
