Can't give criticism without giving praise. After last week's experience with "Mr. Backout(jvip)", I would be wrong not to give props where good business props are completely due.

Thanks to Manoli, I am the proud owner of these and the transaction could not have gone more smoothly. Nice to be able to reaffirm quickly myself that we do have a standup membership and I am not afraid to continue to do business here.

This thread gives me an idea...

I believe there are similar or the same threads somewhere...but may i suggest you change this to a "recommended members to do Business with" thread or something like that lol

Perhaps we can post our positive experiences doing business with members? I think this would be very helpful, especially to new members. I know i was reluctant to do business on here when i first signed on...

i would say stay away from negative experiences because it could easily turn into heated back and forth responses, effectively derailing the thread.

Oh u know what is coming. LOL. I can pull the trigger and do the upgrade now that I have the headlights but have one a few more things which are going to be done first.

At first I misread it, and I actually remember you pointing out the same typo to another member, but I decided to keep calling you Marla (like the girl from Fight Club) lol:

Your very welcome marcredd im glad that you are happy with them.
I am always willing to help out as I sit in on here and read mostly threads on repairs wich is more than helpfull as always with stand up members here on LVC.

I agree on the thread as mentioned above we should make this a sticky of some sort and a black list as well so it doesn't happen as often ;)

Now we need to talk him into slapping some angel eyes in there before he installs as I was going to do the same...which reminds me, PEOPLE i need a need the almighty rear valance 01-02 LSE please pm me if you have one that you would like to sell or know of one at a salvage yard.

Money is just a tool ;)

Alax and I had this conversation a few days ago. I really think I am going standard halogen. My patience level for a bad ballast would be zero. LOL. But I truly love the angel eyes and hid look. There is time for me to change my mind but I believe my mind is made up.
 
Good to know there's quite a few good guys on here. Look forward to seeing your car when it's all converted. I agree with a sticky thread for trusted members as well as a black list. I'm still hesitant sometime but I'm two for two on purchases from here.

Either way im sure its going to look great and i wish luck with everything, I cant wait until i can put mine together just missing that one piece.

Ive had only postive purchases on here a total of 6 purchases so far and all have gone smooth lets hope to keep it that way :cool:

Nice buy marced. I'll say it again just in case other people are wondering, oem ballast are legit and almost problem free. Aftermarket ballast aren't so good.

JVIP, got paid for lse skirts I believe, apparently changed his mind on selling and made up a story to not sell and keep the parts.

We are getting quite a few stickies up huh. Maybe we can have one sticky thread with the link to another section of the forum for just good threads that are sticky worthy?

Well put Alax... Dead on +1 on your summary(kid even sent me a pm the day after my post with a pic of the rear lower valance painted installed on his car and and a few "kind" parting shots. Amazing how he got that all done from California in 2 days. Lmao. Notice he has not been active since then??? Hmmm....not really

And I will leave it at that. I am being good Rollin. I promise. ;)

If you run across a set of oem ballasts at a cannot pass price, I may consider them. I will pm my contact info.
