Just got ahold of a 1993 base mark viii. Has sat in the garage unmoved for at least 6 years and has, oooh yeah
, 23,000 orig. miles. Was sitting on the floor so last week a put a battery in it and let the bags air up, turned the switch off, came back today and she's still up I was happy to see. On to the next step, I want to fire it up but want to crank it awhile to get the oil circulating. Can I just disconnect the plug wires from the coils and crank it? I just want to be sure cause i don't want to screw anything up. Before I do that i'm gonna syphon any fuel out and give it some fresh stuff also. Any other suggestions besides going straight to the dealership and getting all of the recalls done?
