Gen 2 Halogen Headlight Pricing

What is the going rate for halogen headlights in good condition for a Gen 2? I got a set of halogens that were supposed to be HID, and am wondering if they are still worth what I paid or if I should go through the hassle of getting money back.

So, how much would you spend on a set of decent headlights for a Gen 2 LS?

Well there is a single right side halogen on fleabay for $150 and a single right side HID for $700.

Last year I bought an extra set in fairly good condition on eBay and I paid about $300 for both.

lvc price or ebay? I sold mine for dirt cheap when I bought my HIDs. I say 300 is a good price for a set of halogens in good conditions, 400 the most. New I think they go for 600,non lvc price.

Yep, I've been checking Ebay daily Alax. Problem is - the single headlight assemblies are a gamble. If I get one, then who knows how long it will be before I can find another one.

He found Stock HIDs in bad condition and swapped the HID internals over to his halogen housing that was in good shape

josh...after a run in with a deer....picked up a passenger side OEM HID on 'the bay' for 5 Franklins...no cracks in the housing and the ballast and bulbs worked fine....the lens needed a little work though

insurance gave me 1800 bux to replace the broken one because that is the going price for a factory replacement....net gain of 1300 bux by hitting that four legged fuker


they're out there but they are getting rarer and therefore more expensive as time goes by....BEST LIGHT FOR THE LS...but it'll cost ya
