So my new bumper (LSE) will be here tomorrow and I'd like to order the fog lamp "stuff" so they get here while I'm painting the bumper.

I went to Tasca and according to the pic, I need:

1) Fog lamp assy W/SPORT PACKAGE Left $34.62
1) Fog lamp assy W/SPORT PACKAGE Right $34.62

2) Fog lamp assy mount bracket W/SPORT PACKAGE Right $37.92
2) Fog lamp assy mount bracket W/SPORT PACKAGE Left $37.92

3) And obviously I need the bulb.

My questions:
1. Anyone know where I can get this stuff cheaper. I checked ebay and called a couple junk yards but came up with nothing.
2. If I order the bulb from Tasca, how does it compare to the HID headlights? Any suggestions on better matching bulbs?
3. If I don't get the fog light stuff before I put the bumper on the car, is it difficult to put on w the bumper already on the car?

As usual, thanks for the help!

2. When I ordered new fog light housing it came with bulbs, but that was off ebay. The standard bulbs will not match your HIDs, they'll be yellow. If you want the bulbs to match get HID or Leds.

3. Its possible, I've changed out one of my brackets with the bumper still on. I think the bracket helps hold the bumper in place. It might be a bit floppy without it.

That stuff is correct. I think the fog assemblies may come with bulbs already. But if you want HIDs just order a kit.

You can put the fog brackets on with the bumper installed; however the LSE bumper is partially held on via these brackets. The wheel well liner attaches to the bracket. So don't go too crazy driving with fogless bumper.

I recommend having it painted before installed the bumper anyways. So if you can hold off and do it all at once, I suggest that.

Thanks guys. I was planning on painting the bumper then putting it on the car and then installing the fog lights whenever they showed up in the mail. I think I'll have the bumper ready for install by Friday but I probably won't get the fog light stuff until next week at the earliest. If i remember correctly, Tasca was pretty slow last time I ordered from them...

Its not a big deal driving without fogs. I did for a couple of weeks with no issues from NJ to PA and back so a lot of highway...and it was because of the slow shipping from tasca. I think it took about a month to get my fogs and brackets from them.

Ok - well then I'll stick with the original plan. Tasca was suppppperrrrr slooooowwwwwww last time I ordered some suspension parts from them so I assume this will me no different. I should have the bumper on by the weekend then I'll throw in the fogs when I finally get them. THANKS!

Crap, I just ordered some suspension stuff from there and was hoping to get them sooner rather than later.

Is Tousley Ford Parts quicker?
