Front Bumper Cover Removal?

Checked the Tech Articles section, and didnt see anything. Looking for tips on how to remove the front bumper cover on a 2002 Lincoln LSE. My replacement front cover from lskoncepts.com is painted and ready for pickup tomorrow.

Also...I assume I pick up the black plastic "grille" from Walmart in the Garden section? How does it "mount"?

jo: The lower part of the LSE front bumper cover (the one that lskoncepts sells) has an open...opening. There's nothing there. In other threads, Ken and others mention going to Wal Mart, purchasing the black plastic Gutter Guards, and somehow attaching them to the backside of the opening for a "custom" lower grill.
