Well money is sent now it's all about the waiting for delivery

Bought it used as I couldn't get ahold of the guy that makes them after several email attempts I simply gave up

Anything I need to know about the install ?

Pros cons etc from those who have it ?

I'm so excited now I can lower it for a mean look when parked but not drive around lowered all the time with a sensor lower

if you have a gen2 not all of the colors will match the instructions

also, be skinny

I guess it's already wired for a Gen 2 just gotta match colours according to seller

Hard to get at module is that why you say be skinny ?
That makes absolutly no sense. They all get hard wired. You will be cutting 7 of the factory wires going into the air ride module and installing them in an intercept board. Then 11 more wires go from the controler to that board. The dark blue/orange and the white/lt blue wires do not exist in the second gen harness but you use the wires on the same pin numbers. Forget the colors off the top of my head but I have an ASHAM thread on here that has the right colors.

Here is the install instructions: http://members.chello.hu/breda.belarobert/asham8/ASHAM8 Manual pre.pdf

Things you need to be careful of. Wireing it backwards. Wont dammage anything as long as you are fast. If you do wire it backwards and notice the nose is going up even though the LEDs are on 1 you need to turn the air ride off or the front bags will explode. I almost poped mine the first time I installed an ASHAM but turned the system off in time.
Its easy to turn it around when you are shoved under the dash and trying to attach 25 little wires.

Other then that its not too bad.

what a fool, I would never accidentally hook it up backwards :shifty:

:(

I also caught that I did it wrong immediately, when the front started taking off on its own

That really shouldn't be an issue, unless you're colorblind. Should be a fairly simple re-install.

Oh, I see what you did there. Didnt realize it was coming off a wrecked Mark so wasnt expecting to see the whole harness cut. Should make things a little easier. I would soldier and heat-shrink the wires to the harness though.

Does anyone have a video of one working? Front, back, 4X4, slammed...
You dont have front/back control. There are three potentiometers for fine tuning but they only make a 1/4" difference.

Here is 4x4 mode:

This is what I plan on alighning the car for height wise. This seems to offer good ride abilities withought losing the springs bump absorbtion.

This is all the way down but no park drop.

And this is all the way down with park drop:

Car could be dropped maybe 1/4-1/2" more with a sensor lowering as well.

That ride height looks good along with the slammed look. I don't know why I was under the impression that you could adjust the front and rear separately. Was that the "Rays switch" I'm thinking about?

That grey color on that car looks damn good. Always liked that color.

I had the ASHAM and hooked it up to my car. I hooked one wire up wrong and it burned something on the board. I also got highly ticked at it and didn't realize my mistake and took it out. :-/ Lots of money wasted on a foolish mistake.

I bought the RAY's Switch and love it. I also have sensor lowered the car.

The Ray's switch only vents the entire thing or lifts it.
The front drops first then the rear. I would love to figure out how to reverse it though. the rear drop first, then upon airing up,the front raise first.

I think that's the Module8, Billcu has one.

The Module 8 doesn't let you change the front and rear separately either.

The best way to do that is the Kale mod where you have separate switches.

I've been thinking of adding this to the Module 8 and have the best of both worlds.

If the Asham and Module 8 aren't available anymore, I think the Kale mod is the best option, as it lets you control everything yourself.

Here's with a blown compressor, lol (a Ray's switch or module would put it this low too):

;)

if you find the video of the 93 with thick white walls, that's was car, I was running silencers with control valves to keep it slow

nice and quiet
