Alright, so I just rented a fender roller tool yesterday from someone on a local forum. I've got a heat gun, and plan on getting an infrared thermometer. Any other tips anyone can give me?

The back 2/3rds. is where all of the action is. If you wanna dump your Ray switch you'll have to remove a good portion of the inside bumper to about the middle of where the screw is. Maybe more with your combo.

Heat the paint to 136-140* and only do 5" sections at a time gradually increasing pressure. Should take 6-8 times of adding pressure to bend it up so you dont crack the paint. Dont try to bend it too far eaither, only need a little bit. On the front half of the well dont go beyond the body curve as its not needed. You will also have to cut the tab off the bumper and not use that upper screw any more. I can tell you at 130 the bumper does not flap.
Just take your time and keep the paint at the right temp and you should be fine. I got my laser temp gun from Autozone for $20.

Alright, good, I should be set. I was gonna borrow the laser gun from work, but I forgot to grab it today. If I can get one from Autozone for $20 though, that's not a bad price at all.

It was nice doing Stacks before repainting... just used a hammer, and his are FLAT... as far in as they can go!!
