Awesome truck.I have 59 f100 I'm slowly bringing back.Mostly original besides the engine.Im curious about the ifs from the crown Vic.Is the ifs in a 2003 Lincoln ls any way similar to the crown Vic.Anybody heard of the Lincoln ls gen 2 suspension
Being used on a truck or classic car?

Thanks.

LS? No. However the Towncar is the same as the late Crown Vic/Marquis. The CV IFS should be a good fit on the 59 since it has the wider track/cab like my 68.

I wish... I have set the engine back 3 inches, picked up a Cobra intake and a BBK X pipe. Working on the fenders right now.

Me no either have Gas Monkey money nor help. That said, yeah I could whip out a CVIFS and motor swap in two weeks if that was all it needed..

I'm really digging the progress Bob!!!

I feel like I need one after seeing all of this. Maybe some day. Definitely on the to-do list.

hows my rear hubs coming? ;-) lol

you need to put an axle stub shaft and nut on there.
these bearings have been known to separate without the clamping force from the axle nut.

Thanks all.

I've rolled it around like that for 10 years Chris like that... <shrug>

I dont remember the rear tires being drag radials! when did you put the 555R's on there?

Those are the wheels from the SVO. I had them on the truck when I put the Bullitts on the SVO to see how they looked.

Yeah...

So I've gone silly and decided I needed a GT500 M122 in my life.....

MMR delete plates, gutted Cobra lower, 1" adapter plate. I "think" I can fangle a Cobra IC inside the lower/adapter. Running a single 8 rib belt, relocating and flipping the alt, Marauder Eaton swap style, with an adjustable upper idler pulley.

The Mark rails won't clear the plate, so I'll just fab up my own.

:D

Cool, 1 inch thick should give some room to fit a cooler in there...maybe.
How much boost? Stock bottom?

Yeah, stock Mark engine. Figure 6-10lbs should be okay with conservative timing.

Noticed I haven't put an update pic of Jr's Jeep.....

Jeep is looking more and more like a tough offroad vehicle!

I take it he watches the "Dirt Every Day" youtube series?
