Beauty it is. I've never seen a two tone interior on a gen2 before. Liking it

they are all 2 tone except the black interiors. the graphite, prarie tan and ivory interiors are all 2 tone.

Its on beautiful base. looks identical to the mark i almost bought the first time. Does any tone know where or what car to snag the shifter boot from?

Hey, the shifter boot is an ebay item, I searched for Saab Leather and found this cheap...

There's a thread about this going back to August, try Saab as a search....

Wish Jamie had taken my empty Vodka bottle outta the back seen before he took the picture....

i also have ivory interior but its by far nothing compared to enskanker....wow its just shockingly clean.

yeah, will I do like a clean car to the point of being anal about it. The radiation suits are too hot down here in FL so I usually just wear my white suit so as not to hurt or discolor anything in the car....and those little paper shoes like in the hospitals.

So in all the years Jamies' been working on Mark's he now has run into his first
oddball case...Mine.

New Plugs & fuel filter, vac leak check and still the poor power and stumble, hesitation. We agreed to go for a fuel pump replacement.

So Jamie gets to drive up and down US 19 to use up the gas...

I am happy to wait. knowing the patient is in good hands.

He'll get you fixed up, don't worry. Sometimes we all run into oddball cases and end up throwing a few parts at something until we figure out what it was. Sometimes the parts thrown at it are needed anyway. If it has low fuel pressure on the rail, it could be the pump most likely but I'm sure he has taken it for the pressure check. I think the injectors are rated at around 42 pounds so if the pressure at the rail is in the teens or 20's, it's most likely something in the tank not giving it the pressure needed. We'll see I guess.

I am pretty sure they are 24lb injectors not 42. The fuel pressure should be around 42 though if thats what you ment....... not so sure about you and fuel related numbers. :p

very nice, looks like mine sans the pinstriping. i really wish i had the white interior too, my gray is looking pretty rugged as of late.

a bad fuel filter could smoke the pump, if its plugged it will over work the pump.

and im sure jamie will be burning that fuel as fast as he can, and enjoying every minute of it :burnout:

chicken, when i took the filter off, i blew backwards through it with my air line and it looked like coffee coming out, i changed it, but obviously i think its too late. its the last thing i think can be tried, a pump. hey ed, i will call you incase you dont see this but i dont have that pump, but i got some good news as far as a pump, i'll pm you.

well looks like i have to drop it with 3/4 of a tank the car will not let me give it gas now, i had to idle it out of the shop and idle back in , good thing i havent driven it, all i need is to have to come back to the shop on a flatbed. oh well, its only weight!!!!!! i'm a big girl i can handle it!

i didnt, but lincoln did, they said 17 psi and dropping as it gets hotter. i dont have a fuel pressure gauge, but Ed works for the lincoln dealer that checked it so i dont think they would screw him over!

Jamie,

You get my text? Also sent email. Will get a pump to you by weekend I hope.

(will be happy to help with tank if we can coordinate a night)
