what can i do to the IN-TECH to get as much as i can out of it minus cams. obviously headers and a tune.

Anything else out there?

Ya the search does work, works well just seems every thing I click on isn't showing me exact answers to my questions. I know how to build an engine I've done it plenty of times (and to the honda statement its a honda B block woopy, b18c with a b18b block turbo better internals and an amazing engine tune(to include everything else to put the power down) I think I was gettin 12.1s in the 1/4mile) either way I understand the search is there and I've been reading them for about 4 hours now.

The C heads are they worth the less air flow in higher RPMs, or would better cams for the B'heads be better?

Im not trying to build a 600 Hp DD all I'm trying to do is *if possible* get as much out of the engine as I can minus changing the cams or heads. If I have to I'll read some more then ill ask more.

C heads hive a higher port velocity making them better for NA applications. There are also intercooled positive displacement superchargers available. If you were to turbo or use a centri supercharger then the B is better IMO because of the higher port volume.
 
O going off of what I know from the honda field that would make scene thats why i choose the gsr head over b16 head. so for a quick DD the C heads would be better, with cams down the road and a good tune.
 
Again the benz is gonna be the fast weekend car, thats after i get my amazing C36 amg engine:p but thats far in the future:(.
 
The engine is the only good part of that car. The transmission in the 190E Cosworth makes me want to punch retarded kittens. WTF is up with that dog leg first gear? What the hell were they thinking? So what if 2-3 and 4-5 are a straight shot when you start in reverse? :lol:
 
well I did agree for a while, but if u do recall its a MERCEDES higher speed when your doing 35 up when the hell are you gonna be in first. Which is why they went with the H shift patter because for the crappy low end power of that engine, 1st got goin 2-3-4-5 made it scream. And the tranny from many people if asked can handle 500 hp stock. So I'd say its good just a little weird, but hey its from germany lol.
 
and the C36 engine putting out 286 hp and 276 lbtq :) in that car with that trans. splendid lol.
