Well i decided to partake in this years secret santa. i sent my gift, and to my enjoyment received my gift friday night (Thanks Colin). I received a really nice car cleaning set with all the required equipment, especially helpful since at the last show I ran out of supplies. Much to my enjoyment I had a great day.

Long story short.....








later that night I crashed my car.. My corner lights are messed up.. my wheel is destroyed.. i hit a minivan at a decent velocity, ruined most of the car.. funny thing is I took the Key out and the car stayed on until I pressed the break pedal.. anyways.. i'll post pics of the present and accident soon.. wish me luck...
 
Dang. That really does suck. Maybe for Christmas, you'll get a new car.
 
car kept running? do you have remote start? that's how mine works. runs until you hit brake pedal if you have that mode enabled. possibly the jar of the accident enabled that mode.

At least you were not hurt.:) Suck celebrating Christmas and be hurt or hospialized.

no i dont have remote start.. i have a feeling i hit the fuse box or something..

How bad is the damage? repairable? sorry to hear that. you can send me the pics and i should be able to resize them. decibels5@yahoo.com what about the bags, were they already in progress?
 
i got almost the complete set up at the house.. but i never started to install it.. so if i sell the car i got bags for a lincoln for sale..


i havent been home to send the pics.. im at work now.. i'll prolly send them out to whoever put an email and whoever posts them first the better..

So tuesday it goes to the shop and we will decide if i bring it back to life or what... who know...

did it fu<k up the door kit, and will you be able to fix it? hows the insurance claim going?
 
didnt claim it.. actually.. the door and everything manuevers fine.. but the fact that i bent the door means ima prolly have to get a new one.. this was a weld on kit so the lambo door might be coming off for good..
 
I'm kinda interested in the details of the accident, to see how well the LS held up. How fast where you going? What angle did you and the van hit? Did the airbags deploy? What is the actual damage to your car? Who was at fault? How much damage was done to the van?
 
Bangin that sucks, good thing it wasnt any worse. I notice you have drilled/slotted rotors and they look coated with rust, what kind are they? Thanks.
