Well here it is. There are some pics of the car, the wife and daughter, and the badass little ford powered nissan. The woman in the leather was doin 7's on a bike and damn she was hot. we had a good time the car didnt feel like it was giving its all though. well try again when the weather cools down, I'm sure I can dip high 14s. Humidity in the midwest sucks!

Yea your car can do a high 14 in colder weather with a better launch for sure...

Yeah she just didnt have any bottom end. Til I hit 3500 then she was a rocket as usual. Need more stall!

You think your car is gutless off the line with a 2.2 60 foot time? That's standard for a basically stock Mark VIII... I can't get better than a 2.3 60 foot time with all my mods, I think because the IMRC's are deleted and I need more timing and stall...

Since your manifold volume is wrong, the iac is at the limit of it's adjustability
Then the pcm pulls timing in an effort to control idle.

by doing this the timing gets "so low" that when you launch the car it falls on it's face.

you can disregard this...because others have said "you dont need to change" manifold volume, even though they are 100% WRONG.

Get your manifold volume sorted out, it's only about 50% off...which is HUGE

Mods 2500 stall converter, transgo shift kit, no third cat, modified airbox with ram air "just remove headlight", and flowmasters, and no air filter.

All my buddies kept sayin "wow that things got a smallblock chevy in it", and I laughed my ass off when I saw the blue oval on the back. Im the only ford guy in the group. Well ford dodge and chevy.

You'll get em next time ;)

I'm still floored you used a booster seat for a hood prop! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

I just got back from the track myself. out in the quater finals, last two week went to semi finals. Its hot and humid here in MD, I'm running the same cobra intake and pulling 1.9's 60' with a small 245 tire. The manifold volume and deletes dont seem to hurt my car. You need a stalllllllllllllllllllllll. Get the volume fixed if you can. Then you can send me the tune to try out. I'm tired of asking sniper for :q:q:q:q.

I guess the stall is what's hurting me, because after 3000rpm it pulls like a bullit train...
