I have talked to the owner 2-3 times, he's on the fence about selling it..

I know zactly where it is, I've driven by those apts a few times and it seems he's driving it..because it's never there.

he dropped the price due to blend door issues

Swing by and check it out. It might be worth putting on a multicar hauler and bringing it up here. It'd have to be perfect (in 11yr old car terms) to be worth it though. Trans is no issue, nor is the blend door.
