I just got off the phone with coach builders and I got some more info on the verts. The total production is unknown but was between 12 and 15. He is going to email me all the info he has regaurding the convertibles. Very nice guy and extremely helpful. Once I get the info I may add it to the mark viii facts.

dennis jones told me there was only 12, he has one of them, but he said to the research he has done only 6 are known to exsist still, could be more, if someone has one and its not registered than it might be hard to locate, but accourding to dennis he said there was 12, who knows, you dont want one chris, dennis said, although his is gorgeous, its a hack and rides like ass.

All,

I know of five others that were on eBay , the one that was on Craig's list in Philadelpha , Jamie's customer in Maui , and pictures that I have seen of a White Second Generation !

Did anybody talk to or receive information from the seller of the one in Philedelphia ???

Good Luck,
Sonny

Didn't Jamie tell us they didn't reinforce these and they had structural issues because of it?

with the top down the car flex's like crazy. dennis told me they had his on a lift once and the door gap to the quarter panel was like the door was welded shut!!! very flimsy. the worst part is where the roof was cut above the windshield, its like all packed with rubberized sealant to close off the cut sheetmetal. i mean the concept is cool i guess, but from what i have seen in pictures i wouldnt want one for free, with a sawzall and some rtv sealant i could make a mark look the same lol!

Hmmm do my Town car

The owner must think its REALLY rare for not selling it for that amount. I haven't seen a mark viii sell for that in a couple years.
