hey did you take the dust shields off the front?

No and no.

There is just under an inch from the caliper to the wheel so a 16" wont fit over these.

And I just bent the shield back a little and it works fine. I wanted to still protect all the suspension stuff from excessive brake dust.

I may have missed it somewhere, but what is the size difference between the front mark rotors and cobra rotors? Also, can you use larger aftermarket rotors instead of stock cobra ones?

I know two things.

Make sure the boltcircle is correct.

Make sure the BACKSIDE is beveled.

Word! I went through the same situation, I asked the guy twice to be sure to do this to mine, once they showed up they had forgotten to bevel the back side, so I had to do it myself. Just make sure they definitely know what your talking about when you order the disc's.

Just to clarify a little in terminology (machining wise) those are called chamfers, You should tell them "chamfer to break sharp corner only. Just trying to help.
