Car shakes?

When I'm drive on freeway and I'm doing 80 plus my car shakes for a second and then doesn't do it then again like in same spot. Someone said wheel bearing? Maybe it's cuz I need a frontend alignment? What you guys think

i'm thinking trans shudder.. Mines shudders at around 40mph when under a load almost every time.

Changing trans fluid to mercon V usually fixes the 40 mph shudder.

OP said 80 mph + not 40 mph. I don't think his is shudder at 80.

If the shaking comes and goes, it might be a tire imbalance going in and out of phase with another tire.

When was the last time the tires were balanced and how old are the tires?

lol, I could see where you were coming in at. I'm just trying to figure out why 40 mph shudder was even brought up at 80 mph and how it could be misunderstood as a vibration. If it was shuddering at 80 mph, it would have more of a "missing" feeling, not vibration.

Vibration at 80 would tell me tires are out of balance, U-joints might need to be replaced, drive shaft might need to be balanced, transmission mount might be loose, motor mount might be broke or loose.

Just took it for a ride and paid more attention yeah it feels more like a vibration. Time to start checking and see what it could be
