The road by my house has sucked for a while now since the floods. They just repaved all of it and its smooth like glass now so its fun flying down it again except for this one small section. They recovered it but its still a little wavy for 10', unfortunately I didn't notice it until I was going over the bump at 70. BANG! BANG! *cringes*
On my drive back I can see very clearly where my front braces hit and my IRS brace hit. The IRS brace took a 6" wide x 4" long x 1" deep chunk out of the road.

Fast forward a few days and I was just outside washing the car. I have this wheel brush to get on the inside of the wheels and as I am using it it gets stuck on the inside of the rear wheel. I look inside and see a large chunk of road stuck inside the wheel! Crap was stuck on there like it was super glued! I managed to scrape it off and when I saw the chunk I was amazed I couldn't feel the imbalance in that wheel. This was a HUGE amount of weight.

Anyway, thought it was funny and wanted to share. :D

I don't know how you didn't notice right away, I would get a little snow in there my car would shake lik its about ready to fall off

Cheap probly one of those 1 1/2 "-2" overlay probly typ d asphault. I hate when they just overlay small road like that be better to strip it to the base/subgrade and add a new fresh 4" of asphault

yeah...you should write a letter to the county for him and complain
