Andrizzle's jackt up HID Lights+Angels ForSale

You guys saw me post photos with these lights on for over a year, and no one saw these imperfections until now.

Yeah theyre really not that bad.

if i didnt already have oem hids then i would be bidding.

These are going to get expensive. Someone's still going to get a good deal, but I have a feeling...

Here's a question for the OP and anyone else that may have first hand knowledge of the subject: Is it possible to remove the reflectors and HID components from the originals and transplant into an unblemished set of non-HID housings?
The HID and non-HID housings are the same, other than the reflectors and harness--if you look at the markings on the back of your non-HID housing, you'll see the HID markings, as well. I don't know how the ballast cables penetrate the housing, but the ballast itself mounts in that hollow on the bottom side of the housing. Looking at the apparent (untapped) screw holes around the ballast mounting position, I would presume that the ballast is screwed in place, but I don't know that for a fact.

Damn it man... someone keeps outbidding me. I want some OEM HIDs!!

Who's t...j with a 2 rating?

^^and a thanks to Sooner. I thought that would be the case but wanted a second opinion.

No my hids are newer it would be a downgrade almost.

*rolls eyes* ohh jeee.. By a whole two years.. But your getting angels and I would totally sell anything of mine for older + eyes.. You'll be making money.. Just my opinion though

Or i could just buy them and keep the originals to use just in case.

chit happens.

You're right, I really just want the OEM HIDs and don't care either way on the halos.

Hard to find a pair of them.

I suppose that could work.. All I know is when I get this SC on, I'm selling both intake manifolds and the 'good' plastic pieces to recoup some money.. A little recouped is better than none.. ;)

But with 6 days left into the auction it will hit 500.

The right way to bid is wait till the last 5 mins. the price is already driven high.

It will be interesting to see how it pans out!

I am sure the on-going group buy will hinder the bidding, but some are still interested obviously.
