On this one, the shock was bound up, but the rubber still looks perfect...

Oh, I don't know....make me a good offer. Any idea what shipping would be like on these? I haven't shipped anything comparable lately...

When you separated the bag from the shock, how did you do this? I (like a ratard) took the nut off the top, removed bumpstop, reassembled and within the weeks end I had to replace both sides again. The rubber separated and almost had the shock ends go through the hood.

Got me twice lol, I even edited but I cleaned off my printer because of this chit, looking for a receipt where I had shipped one of them to. Anyway, thanks for making me clean my printer off. It needed it badly.

I did exactly what you said you did. I removed the nut, and then worked my way down removing the washers and orings.

Did you 'Ray switch' it? If so, that probably happened because of the removed bumpstops... Without them, there's nothing from keeping the shock shaft from pushing out the rubber on top. The top rubber piece sometimes likes to split under normal conditions, so I'm sure the removal of the bumpstop just helped it along...

Look at this...

Lol the search tends to bring up some old threads that even get me excited. Then I see the date.

Yeah, I laid it out with the Ray Switch and from what you've said the shock pushed the rubber out. But it looked killer sitting 2" lower
