21 days ago took the LS to the dealership 21 days later...

came home with a new long block motor for $100!!! Car had been making a noise so I brought it to the dealership & after 21 days they decided it needed a new motor so I paid my $100 deductible & had no complaints. I've been driving around a 2013 Mustang rental for the past 3 weeks, but now I'm back in my LS.

Not sure why they would put so much money in it but I guess they have to. The price on my paperwork for the motor is $7800 & a few weeks ago they put a little over $3000 into it for other stuff. It's just crazy to me because the car is worth nowhere near what they have put into the past month, but I can't complain for two $100 deductible payments.

It's the ESP warranty I got with the car when I bought it 2 years ago.

yup ESP from ford is the only good warranty as long as its covered and you do your oil changes at the dealer its really a no hassle deal just pay your 100 and your good. did you have the premium esp or powertrain

That's a heck of a deal. This is a prime example of how warranties are supposed to work in your favor.

Pretty sure it's the premium it was the best warranty available when I got it.
