    2004 Navigator Tachometer malfunction

Thanks for the tip. Not sure if just disconnecting the battery or cleaning the terminals did the trick, but all is fine now. Upon investigation, the battery connections were good and secure, but the 2 auxiliary wire connections were not that tight and a little corroded. Took the time to...

Hi Guys I recently went thought a trying ordeal with an ABS warning light scenario. While peacefully driving at 40 mph, out of the blue comes a check ABS warning light. I borrow an Actron Brake Scan tester from a friend's shop and it reveals both input signals from the rear ABS sensors...

Right Rear ABS Sensor - 1998 - needed

!998 Wheel Speed Sensor Try searching on www.car-part.com You won't find a catagory for wheel sensors, but just look for a 'Yard that has a 1998 Mark in your area. The rear sensors are real easy to remove (unlike the fronts) as they are only held by one easy to reach bolt and the connector...

1998 ABS Wheel Speed Sensors ???

Front Sensor Removal Sounds easy, but you do have to remove the wheel bearing hub assy to do so. Junkyards don't want to take the extra step. The other alternative is to buy the whole spindle & bearing assy with sensor intact. Unfortunately all 3 Marks in this case have 60 - 100K more miles...

1998 ABS Wheel Speed Sensors ???

Front Sensors $100 Let me get back to you 98lincmk71sc. My local yard that quoted $80 for the pair of front's has three 98's, but they could only get one RF sensor out safely. They are going to let the others soak in penetrating oil over the weekend. I'll let you know.

Bid for your front sensors I'll pay $100 for a pair of working left and right front sensors. Check them with an ohmmeter. They should measure 26 to 30 ohms in one direction and infinity (open) when you reverse the test leads. Email me if you are interested. Bill...

    ABS Warning Light
