I have a post( 6060 install) That I think covers this. You will need a tune. Also you will need a speed cal to enable the cruise control. I'm in Tyrone so not far from you.

I've got it A CTS-V

Hello. I just got my CTS-V last saturday. I've been on the lincoln forum for some time. The CTS is Diamond Black, black int. 6060 trans. Recaro seats, Actually all options. I'll now be crusing this forum also.

Yes you will need a tune. You will also need a speed cal for the auto throttle and air suspension to work correctly.

geat change The VSS is located on the top of the transmission. It's held in place with one bolt. Pull it out change the gear on it and reinstall 20 minute job. I installed 373s in mine and used the purple gear for it. Ihe speedometer never varied. When I installed the 6060 transmission...

Gear change You need to change the gear on the vss.

swaybar Had an Addco 11/4 bar on mine it's to large. I now have a cougar bar plus many other mods on the sispension. This car now handles like my vette. The Addco made the car oversteer very badly.

Rear Battery Location I installed two optima batterys in the trunk. I used 1/0 guage cables. Grounded the setup at the lower body stiffner. I did this because I did not want the lights dimming with the stereo. Was not really concerned with the weight gain.
