Well I have been having my voltage drop for no reason lately. I've replaced my battery, alternator, bat. cable clamps, starter relay, and the spark plugs all replaced and still when I pull up to a light my lights exterior and interior lights dim. I put in a voltometer and normal operating volts...

Ok when I hit the gas at around 30 to 40 mph my engine makes a whining noise but stops when I let off the gas or goes away after a few seconds. What is this? Also is there anyway a can mess with the stock amp? Like say add a sub to it? Thanks for youre help.
