I'm trying to fix my intermittent blower fan problem by tightening the female terminals on the plug. How do i get the terminals out of the plastic? Do you stick the small screwdriver in from the wire side or the side that goes into the fan motor? It's really hard to get down under the dash...

Well if it is the actuator motor that is not working and not the arm that is broken, you are not going to be able to move the lever. That is my problem. The lever under the glove box will not move at all. I do not want to break anything.

I have tried to move the lever under the glove box and it will not move at all. If I have the car warmed up and I put the EATC on 90 degrees, nothing happens, all I get is cold air all the time. I do not have the expertise to remove the dashboard, and I cannot afford to have it done so I guess...

I used Dr Tranny when I first got my '97 and that was in 2010 and haven't had any trouble since. It shuddered really bad driving it home. It is great stuff.
