Hi Joe, It's correct, starter is weak on hot engine. The battery was replaced not a long time ago and is being charged from time to time, so its not the problem. Second test should be redone, I have done it couple years ago and didn't find any excessive voltage drop. Have to check that again...

Did you check if there is a response to EGR valve operation? Check the EGR port in the intake, it might be clogged, so no gases can go through it.

Check your PCV hose for cracks and vacuum leaks.

At normal temperatures the fan doesn't sound that loud. It's loud when the solenoid is stuck fully open and the fan goes full speed, sounds like hurricane. Just check if it is spining on idle, if it doubles its speed when you turn AC on and check the temperature from time to time on dash.

Start with a simple check, to check the egr-intake hole. Car on idle, now take off the vacuum line from the EGR valve, on top of it, apply vacuum to egr valve so it opens up, you can just suck air out of it. At this point engine should feel like it's going to stall, if this doesn't happen, you...
