Idle problem

02 lincoln ls V6 120,000 miles
car is having a ruff idle (almost like a miss) about avery 30 seconds or so and only happens here and there.
also sometimes when i put it in drive after reverse it tries to stall.
Im not getting any codes.

replaced IAC motor
didnt find any vaccumm leaks
all plugs and coils were changed about 15K ago

i am thinking TPS problem but want to have other opinions.

First off, get the dog out of the engine bay.....

For the stalling, how is your trans fluid? Low (or bad I imagine) fluid can cause this.

What brand plugs and coils did you use? Did you gap the plugs correctly?
 
I had that same problem and it was the Idle Air Control Valve.
I think it was about $60 and a very easy fix.
 
Check the dates on the posts folks, OP had problem with this back on April 12th, 2013, well over a year old this issue.
