    Glitch Ballast

My Sub-Frame Mount Kits are made from UHMW, not Delrin, a material better suited to the application. I've never seen an automatic Mark VIII that requires them. Manual transmission equipped cars will benefit. Unless yours are totally rotted out, or your pulling 1.5 60's, you don't really need...

    Glitch Ballast

Assuming that your toe links are in good shape, and if you can only afford one kit now, then I'd recommend the knuckle bushings. But the reality is, you need both the LCA and Knuckle bushings to get results. However, I don't know what else you've done to your car. Unless you have a high...

    Glitch Ballast

Sorry, but I didn't run my LSC without my Delrin Bushing Kit installed, so I don't have any before and after data for you. I did drop well over a tenth on my Thunderbird SC. Yes AFAIK, I still have the quickest and fastest N/A Gen 2.

I suppose that adaptive learning would adjust the A/F ratio, but only during closed loop (cruising), and then only within a certain range (+- 25%). It should then be able to apply those corrections during open loop (WOT). Sorry, but I misunderstood what you wrote.

    Glitch Ballast

I run a green top Focus pump with the OEM regulator, works fine. Oh yeah, I also have a Glitch ballast in my car, and have installed them for others. It's the best solution.

What's this nonsense about the computer adjusting the injector pulse width if the fuel pressure changes? It does no such thing, as there isn't a fuel pressure sensor on any stock Mark VIII engine.

    LCA-SRB wind-up???

You can torque both ends of the strut rod with the wheels off and the suspension unloaded. If you're really concerned about loading it (I'm not), just put a small jack under the LCA while you have the wheel off.

WTB - Mark VIII Rear Lower Control Arms and Knuckles

I'm looking for a good set of Mark VIII rear lower control arms and knuckles, bushing condition not important. The lower control arms must include the 4 Torx bolts and nuts. I don't need the hubs with the knuckles. Pickup at Carlisle would be perfect.

    LCA-SRB wind-up???

I've done more upper control arms than I can count, and never touched a master cylinder in the process.

    BTW, it's spelled Delrin...

Installed after market hid and derlin adapters

He mounted the adapters first, and then inserted the bulbs into them. Instead of installing the bulbs in the housing and using the adapters to secure them.

Installed after market hid and derlin adapters

    Issue solved :D

Installed after market hid and derlin adapters

What I'd like to see is a pic of the bulb in the housing both with and without my adapters in place.

Installed after market hid and derlin adapters

Sounds like the bulbs aren't properly seated in the housings.

    Cobra intake questions

No, it won't fit. How do you figure that? Look at the ruler again, there's only a bit more than 1/2".

    Cobra intake questions

Yes. And that's without the stock underhood pad.
