Parting out 2000 LS V8 spt
Do you still have the front interior door panel courtesy lights (plastic housing & red lens)? Really need the driver side, but I may do both if available. Thanks- Ocala-LSguy

new struts or complete suspenion overhaul??
Replaced rear links. Still have noise - pretty sure it's the CV joint on right rear axle... am replacing this week.- Ocala-LSguy

How do you recommend checking the rear shock towers to determine they are broken? (without taking it off the car) I don't have leaks, but I do have a curious noise around 30-45 mph (right rear of car). I was thinking CV joint also...- Ocala-LSguy

What the eff else could be clunking???
My 2000 LS also has a faint popping/bumping noise coming from the rear around 20-45 mph. I replaced the links, and just ordered adjustment links because of the torn boots, and ordered two rebuilt complete rear axles (easier than replacing the CV joints) because I'm starting to think it is a CV...- Ocala-LSguy

Gauges and Beeping
Mystery Beep Seems like I read in here somewhere that it could even be related to the seat heater. I also get the mystery beep & my drivers side seat heater does not work. I don't really need the heater in Florida, but am considering trying to fix it just to see if the mystery beep disappears.- Ocala-LSguy

Well Duke is right... good forum, good info, good fun... no group hug - LOL. I read a lot more than I post, but it's saved me quite a few bucks as well. All coils replaced. Replaced both valve cover gaskets. Bled air out of cooling system. Wheel & tire info, helpful. Fixed moisture in...- Ocala-LSguy
