I was talking to Lincoln and they told me before I bring the car in to them to make sure there isn't a leaking vacuum line behind the engine. He seems to think there is a line that runs behind the intake manifold. Is this true?

So I've had it with my car. It's not that it's really done anything new wrong, I'm just tired of how much time and money these cars demand. So It's time to let it go I think. I still haven't decided if I'm going to part out the new stuff I've put into it and swap that stuff with peoples old...
So in my last shot at trying to fix this car before I decide to dump it off I have been doing exhaustive research about IMRC's because I constantly get the P1519 code (IMRC stuck open bank 1).
Jamie cleaned them by hand, and you can see them activating properly at 3500rpms...Jamie verified...
I applied a ton of epoxy around the HID cover (the cover with the 4 tabs behind the hid light) because I was told that is where the condensation comes from. It still is condensing ridiculously even after fully covering that part.
So what other parts need to be covered to stop the condensing?
Can anyone give a walkthrough on how to use a multimeter to check the coils and also the IAC?
I also need the factory specs of what range the coils should be in, and IAC should be in.

So I'm starting a new thread because of the drama in the last thread. I changed the O2 with a motorcraft one and 100 miles with no returning check engine light so that is good (crossing my fingers it doesn't come on after I say this). The car still is erratic, the car has no clue when to shift...
