I'm getting an alternator rebuilt for the Mark VIII. The gentleman I've been in contact with is telling me the he can rebuild the altrnator to 300 AMPS. Would that be a bit overkill? I don't have a booming stereo, under car lights, or a magnetic field generator installed in the car.
