2002 LS my headlight come on during the day and stay on. if I turn them off at the switch, they go off. I am assuming its the sensor. do not know where it is or what its called to order a new one

if the DCCV is bad, should it throw a code?

car gets to proper temp and runs at that temp I checked the dccv. disconnected one hose and ran a hose to it. water came out the port I removed the hose from showing it ran through the dccv

I changed the radiator and coolant tank can not get the heat to work now.. I bleed the system according to directions. ran diag and no codes any suggestions? 2002 V6

Anyone have one for a 2002 LS V6? Also wondering how long plugs should last after changing them? (higher mileage make a difference?)

yeah, I checked that when I checked the low side.. kinda out of ideas

gauge not moved in 30 seconds. if ac is on.. fan goes to high - if ac is off.. all is normal

I was going by the gauge, but it cant be over heating within 30 seconds of a cold startup

that how it sounds... but to update, it seems like it doesn't happen below 70 degress. once outside temp is around 73 degress plus it happens. I have had the car since 03 and it never does that. I have had the radiator replaced about 2 months ago.

02 Lincoln LS (V6) 140K Miles when I turn on the AC the fan comes on in about 10 seconds but it comes on full speed and never slows down. If I turn off the car, turn off AC, start car, fan is normal until AC is turned on then back to full speed. checked Freon @ 35PSI @ 70 Degrees. any...

so I changed the sending unit. took about 30 min.. 13/16 deep well socket and 2 small extensions.. pretty hard to reach..
