well you either have air trapped in the system from not bleeding right, or you have a blockage somewhere like a bad DCCV (which is the least common way they fail) in the heater core, or possible one of the lines like if something was used to plug one of the tubes to keep coolant from leaking out.

if the problem wasn't there before you did the work, I would go back over everything you did to make sure it was right and they would try to bleed it again

Is it getting up to operating temp?
Probably unrelated but when I didn't have heat the car would never get up to temp and that was because my thermostat was garbage.

car gets to proper temp and runs at that temp

I checked the dccv. disconnected one hose and ran a hose to it. water came out the port I removed the hose from showing it ran through the dccv

Just curious....why did you change the radiator and coolant tank? don-ohio

probably because they were bad...

coolant tanks are probably the #1 failing cooling system part in LSs

Oh....mine has been perfect, but then I have always run an unpressurized system with 60 antifreeze to 40 water. don-ohio :)^)
