its my belive he only took the flaps of not the shaft or actuator. Gasketss were replaced. My guess is the easiest thing would be to put the flaps back in?

o and would tuner or the deletes make me not pass smog in cali

one thing i should mention is that my uncle took the flaps of the imrc plates so maybe its receiving more air than fuel so how would i correct that?

fuel filter ,plugs and cops are maybe 5 weeks old not even
